TU102 Auto-flush flat back school urinal.
Flat back stainless steel school urinal (Model TU102), variable length (see table and product codes). Unit to be manufactured from Grade 304 (18/10) Stainless Steel, 0,9 mm gauge. Urinal to be supplied with built- in tipping tank and a 12 mm adjustable drip cock (inlet) which controls the automatic flushing of the urinal at regular intervals. Outlet to be situated on the left or right …(please specify when requesting a quote) of the urinal with a recess for a 40 mm chrome plated waste outlet (to be supplied). Urinal to include a tiling key to sides and rear walls. The back to be fully sound deadened with vermin proof bitumastic material. This unit does not require a flush valve like the TU101 model.

Flat back stainless steel school urinal (Model TU101) wall mounted trough urinal, variable lengths (see table and product codes). Unit to be manufactured from Grade 304 (18/8) Stainless Steel, 0,9 mm gauge. Urinal to be supplied with a concealed sparge pipe and a 28mm OD inlet with chrome plated compression fitting for connecting to the high level cistern or Walcro 550 URV urinal flush valve. Outlet to be situated on the left or right… (please specify when ordering) of the urinal with a recess for 40 mm chrome plated waste outlet (to be supplied). Urinal to include a tiling key to sides and rear walls. The back to be fully sound deadened with vermin proof bitumastic material. Side panel to either side for free standing models optional.

Recommended flush valve for TU101 school urinal
Walcro 550URV exposed 20 mm BSP urinal flush valve. Made from DZR brass and designed for single bowl and trough urinals. Recommended with trough urinals. The number of flush valves per trough urinal will depend on the length of the urinal. So more than one unit might be required for proper flushing. Pressure range: 30 kPa – 600 kPa. Can be used with either with the UR15TP flush pipe for top entry or the 103/6 flush pipe with spreader.
