SS-MSD Medical sink double

Model SS-MSD range of double medical sinks 1300x650x220mm (excluding gallows brackets). The unit is made from 1.2mm thick grade 304(18/10) stainless steel with 50 x 10mm apron all round. Sink with two pressed bowls 450x400x220mm deep with a 40 mm waste outlet to one side. The unit is fitted with 40x40mm square gallows brackets for securing it to the wall with raw bolts (not supplied). The unit is supplied with either splash back mounted CO-515/055-21/N (Model SS-MSD515) or deck mounted CO-521-21/N (Model SS-MSD521) medical elbow taps. Recommended waste CO-316/N and bottle trap CO-340/N.

CB-MED stainless steel medical basins

Model C-MED single bowl medical sinks range. Dimensions 480x400x170mm. These units are manufactured from Grade 304 (18/10) Stainless Steel, 1,2 mm gauge with 100 mm apron all round. Sink comes with a pressed bowl 440 x 275 x 170mm deep (43 litres) with a 40mm waste outlet. Unit is fitted with stainless steel gusset brackets for securing the sink to the wall. Pillar taps or deck mounted medical mixers can be used. The unit can also be ordered without tap holes to be used with a wall mounted medical mixer.

Why use the CB-MED medical basin. It is made from stainless steel and not ceramic. Ceramic cracks and chips which is a health hazard. Stainless steel is much more hygienic and lasts much longer than ceramic basins. Stock is also not a problem as these units are made in South Africa. Lead time for manufacturing is 3 weeks if there is no stock. Tap holes can also be customized to suit your tap.

Sink comes with a pressed bowl 525x425x258mm deep (43 litres) with a 40mm waste outlet. Unit is fitted with stainless steel gusset brackets for securing the sink to the wall. (Front legs are optional).

Vaal Hygia medical ceramic basin – VL-703600WH

The Vaal Hygia basins are made from ceramic fireclay. Dimensions are 585 x 435 mm. The medical basin is ideal for doctors rooms, surgical theaters, clinics, hospitals. It is also used in many food processing plants where hygiene is important. The basin includes a 1/4 turn wrist action mixer (code VL-8376Z0), chrome plated waste (code VL-8794Z0), overflow tube (code VL-8630Z0), two fixing screws, plugs and chrome plated caps (code VL-8513Z0). Supplied with two tap holes to the splashback of the basin.
