Plaster of Paris preparation sink manufactured from grade 304 (18/10) stainless steel 1,2 mm thick with a 150 mm high integral splash back to the rear. The standard unit is 1500 mm long, but can be customized to your specifications. The plaster sink is fitted with a preparation bowl measuring 550 x 375 x 230 mm deep with a 40 mm waste outlet discharging into a waste cylinder measuring 250 mm in diameter and 625 mm deep from top of work surface. The waste cylinder is fitted with a stainless steel lid and a removable strainer with provision for a 40 mm waste outlet. The pressed seamless bowls are designed for the highest level of hygiene and durability. The underside is sprayed with sound deadening vermin proof bitumastic material and has a galvanized mild steel backing sheet. The sink must be installed 900 mm high from the top of the front apron to the finish floor level with raw bolts (not supplied). The Plaster of Paris preparation sinks can be used as freestanding units with 2 sets of round or square 40 mm diameter stainless steel legs. Alternatively it can be fitted to the wall with stainless steel gallows brackets which come with a detachable front leg. This is a non-stock item and requires a manufacturing lead time of 22-26 working days from order. The unit can be ordered as wall mounted (gallows brackets and two sets of front feet) or free standing.
